Christof Innerhofer “I wanted to be here in Bormio although I have nothing more to prove. I’m tired, but that’s normal on the Stelvio. Tomorrow I will be racing, then I’ll take a break to recover 100%.”
Aksel Lund Svindal “This race is crazy, very difficult. You better not think of the difficulties on the course before you start the race! I like Bormio but it’s not my favorite course because I’ve never won here and I’ve never been superfast! It’s going to be better if tomorrow is cloudy. I am optimistic, my goal is the podium.
Klaus Kroell “I like Bormio, I am always fast here although it is a really tough course. The Salomon ski work well and this summer I changed my boots. I am very happy with my equipment. Tomorrow I hope to be the fastest again.”
Peter Fill “I have always liked Bormio, you have to be really strong to get to the finish area. It’s a good course for me. You start feeling the “pure adrenaline” at the start then you get faster and the curves are very technical. The San Pietro jump is always difficult! Tomorrow I hope I have the fastest number, the podium is my goal but I’ll be happy to be within the first 10. I like the Stelvio and I’ll bo my best.
