The races in Canada and United States – where the season started a few weeks ago – are bringing victories and success for the Italian downhill team. After Dominik Paris’s victory in Lake Louise it’s third place for Peter Fill in Beaver Creek, on a rather hard track, a mix of Raptor (the track where the 2015 World Cup women’s races will take place) and the traditional Birds of Prey. Aksel Lund Svindal is first followed by Hannes Reichelt (he shared the victory together with Paris last year in Bormio) and Fill, who was waiting to jump again on the World Cup podium since 2009 in Wengen.
In a few hours the 31 year old from Castelrotto will be back for the Super G race, the one an excellent Matteo Marsaglia won last year. Then, the team will back home. Val Gardena first and then, finally, it will be Pure Adrenaline on the Stelvio in Bormio.
